How to Request an Exchange or Refund
To request an exchange or refund, please fill in the request form available at the bottom of the page after reviewing the conditions below.
Eligibility Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached.
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items without original tags or requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
- Each order is eligible for one request only (exchange, refund, or both combined).
- If requesting both exchange and refund in one order, this must be clearly mentioned in your request.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability — items are not reserved.
Sale & Discounted Items
- Items purchased during sales or with discount codes can only be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color (if available).
- Refunds for discounted items will be issued as store credit.
- For bundle offers (e.g. Buy X Get Y), items must be returned as a full set to be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs related to exchange or refund requests.
Wrong or Defective Items
- If you receive the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a free exchange or full refund within 14 days.
- If a defect appears after use (within 30 days), it will be handled according to our quality guarantee policy.
