Standard Delivery (Within Egypt)
To request an exchange or refund, please fill in the request form available at the bottom of the page after reviewing the conditions below.a
- Estimated Delivery Time: Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 3–5 business days
Other governorates: 4–7 business days - Available on orders above 2999 EGP
Important Information
- Deliveries are not processed on Fridays or official holidays
- Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, and your phone number is reachable (calls or WhatsApp)
- Orders with missing or unclear details may be cancelled automatically

- Delivery times are estimates after order processing and may vary depending on courier operations

- All orders must be received as delivered; any return or exchange request should be made after receiving the package
